Geico Lizard dancing to Reptillia
Just so you know, the title has nothing to do with the theme of this blog....at least, I don't think it does.
Today has been a boring day. I decided to give my pot that I am making in art class to mom as a mother's day gift. Something tells me that I am going to be in for a suprise in how the pot will turn out....I already had to remake it when it collapsed.
I am studying for my caculus exam for tommorrow. Yesterday I covered half of the material. Today I worked on the latter half, but I still have a little more to go. I want a 5 on the exam. If not a 5, a 4. I won't settle for less.
My spanish teacher was not here today. She left a lot of work for us to do, but I wasn't able to finish it all until 4th period. I kind of had to help a classmate with the imperfect subjunctive case. I wanted to make sure that she understood thoroughly what it is and how it works...unfortunately I don't think I succeded because I had a problem focusing. Still, I tried my best. I also have to read a book called Cajas de carton. I am going to look for the english version online, I really need to study for calculus.
Today, I also wore my altered spidey shirt. It is too long to wear to school as is, so I added a drawstring thingy to it. I also shortened the sleeves a little.
This morning I was greeted with one of my friends, the other called himself giving a stern talk about calling him...
Ok,
begin to rant mode.
I don't call because there are numerous circumstances in which he won't even talk to me. He will say "Hi" and continue his day. Heck, after greeting him today, I was talking to some other friends
RIGHT BEHIND HIM. The dude either forgot I was there or didn't notice. As for calling, there was a time when I called 3 days in a row and he neither brought it up in conversation that I couldn't contact him, nor sent a message online (I also too into account the family factor, the school conduct thing kind of underplayed the probability of it only involving family) . After all of this, I began feeling as though he doesn't want to talk to me and so I followed up on that feeling (which was still based on observation). GEEZ, its as though I am expected to read minds......which I think I can do to some extent, but still.

rant mode.
After I got home, my dad was speaking with one of the puppy customers. We should have another parakeet soon!!!! Dad said he was getting a yellow one. We already have a white one w/red eyes (an albino?). We had a blue one, but he flew away a while ago whenever I was staying with my grandparents (Lucky bird....). One time he came back to visit Gambit, but he never got back to the cage. That is why I count him as "a half" because I know he is still alive, he's just not here with us.
After eating, I played guitar hero on hard. I'm doing way better than before. I got 97% correct on Sunshine of your love.
As you probably figured out, I have also been playing Reptillia. I have only managed 75%. But that is an improvement from the usual 65%.
